Recipe to make chocolate
Preparation time: 65 minutes
Servings: 10 servings
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup butter
• 2 cups cocoa powder
• 1/ 4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• Take 2 cup cocoa powder in a bowl. It should be finer powder.
• Add 3/ 4 cup of butter in same bowl. Put the mixture in processor and grind it into a paste. You can also use mixer for grinding. You don’t need to be perfect as it’s your homemade chocolate.
• Heat 1 cup of water in a deep pan or a pot and now put the bowl of the content in this hot water.
• It becomes a smooth paste. Heat milk at room temperature and add 2/ 3 cup of milk in the paste.
• Add 1/4 cup of flour and 1/ 2 cup sugar in it.
• Now blend the whole content in the blender or processor.
• It turns into a smooth fluid. Make sure there would be no lumps left behind.
• Now pour the fluid in the different molds or you can use small bowl for it (in case you don’t have molds).
• Cover the molds with cling films so that ice will not form on the top of the chocolate.
• Now put the molds in freezer for 1 hour.
• After 1 hour, your chocolate is ready to eat.
• Take it out from the freezer only when you want to eat this otherwise it will melt after sometime.
